2026-06-30 ASRock Industrial AI Pathfinder Accelerates Edge AI Deployment with Intelligent System Recommendations

Taipei, Taiwan (June 30, 2026) – ASRock Industrial today announced AI Pathfinder, a new online tool designed to simplify Edge AI system selection by matching AI workload requirements with optimized hardware configurations. As generative AI, computer vision, and multimodal AI continue to evolve rapidly, enterprises face challenges beyond model selection—particularly in identifying suitable hardware platforms for real-world deployment. From machine vision to large language models (LLMs) with over 100 billion parameters, different AI workloads require varying levels of compute performance, memory capacity, AI accelerator configurations, and model precision, often leading to lengthy system evaluation and selection processes. To address this need, AI Pathfinder maps AI model requirements to ASRock Industrial’s scalable Edge AI systems. Supporting more than 21 AI models, including OSS-120B, Gemma 4 32B, and a wide range of computer vision and multimodal AI workloads, AI Pathfinder recommends suitable hardware configurations based on performance requirements and deployment scenarios, enabling customers to accelerate platform selection and streamline Edge AI deployment.

A Smarter Way to Deploy AI with Five-Tier Scalable Edge AI Systems

ASRock Industrial’s scalable Edge AI systems address diverse customer application needs. Through AI Pathfinder, a structured framework, AI workloads are aligned with five scalable hardware tiers, enabling customers to quickly identify the right system and accelerate AI adoption across applications ranging from compact edge inference platforms to enterprise-scale AI infrastructure.

  • Entry: Edge Inference Platform: The entry-tier is designed for lightweight AI inference and edge computing applications, delivering up to 66 TOPS. Representative platforms include the iEP-7030E, NUC BOX-155H, 4X4 BOX-8840U, 4X4 BOX-AI350 and iEP-6022E. These platforms are well suited for intelligent kiosks, edge monitoring, embedded AI systems, and entry-level computer vision deployments.
  • Mid: Edge AI Platform: The mid-tier addresses more demanding AI workloads that require increased compute performance and memory capacity, delivering up to 117 TOPS. Representative platforms include iEP-7040E, NUC BOX-255H, iBOX-255H, and iEP-6021E, which support applications such as intelligent video analytics, retail automation, smart transportation, and industrial automation deployments.
  • High: Extended AI Platform: For advanced Edge AI applications and larger AI models, the high-tier delivers expanded compute capabilities and enhanced AI performance, providing up to 180 TOPS. Representative systems include AI BOX-A395, iEP-6020E, iEP-7050E, and NUC BOX-358H. These systems are well suited for multimodal AI, industrial copilots, private AI deployments, and increasingly complex edge workloads.
  • Ultra: Edge AI Workstation: The ultra-tier combines industrial computing platforms with dedicated GPUs or AI accelerators to support compute-intensive AI applications, providing up to 1568 TOPS. Representative systems such as the iEPF-10000S Series and iEPF-9500S Series provide high-performance AI inference for robotics, machine vision inspection, warehouse automation, smart manufacturing, and intelligent transportation systems.
  • Extreme: High Performance AI Platform: At the highest level, the extreme-tier delivers enterprise-scale AI infrastructure designed for advanced generative AI, multi-model deployment, and large-scale AI services, providing up to 8180 TOPS. Built around the iEPF-11000S platform and supporting multiple GPUs or AI accelerators, these systems provide the compute density and scalability required for the most demanding AI workloads.
